Blastco completed a multi-year 16 clarifier project for a wastewater treatment facility in the Los Angeles area (adjacent to the Pacific Ocean).  The project consisted of (16) 120 ft. in diameter clarifiers in which the existing coating was removed by abrasive blasting. New epoxy coating was then applied to all submerged areas.  Blastco also blasted and painted the four walkways that exist in the center of each clarifier.

Tarsco Bolted Tank completed a wastewater tank project in Barnwell, SC.  Each sequencing batch reactor (SBR) tank has a working capacity of 500,000 gallons and they operate in parallel and are alternately filled and discharged. Our systems are suitable for all stages of wastewater treatment including mixing tanks, flocculation tanks, sedimentation tanks and others. Our factory-baked powder-coating system provides the best long-term corrosion protection. 

Premium Plate recently completed a wind tower project located in Chanute, KS.  The project consisted of material that was blasted, primed with preconstruction primer, plasma cut and etched per the customers specifications.   The customer requested Premium Plate etch the parts to help with the fit-up during the fabrication process.
