Job Summary:
The Conttract Development Manager is to participate in, and improve the effectiveness of, the business development process and support the Business Development Managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with development of sales strategy and plans
- Assist Business Development Managers with screening opportunities and the develepment of sales
- Support Business Development Managers with the preparation of sales presentation materials
- Assist Business Development Managers with the preparation of qualification documentation
- Keep the Sales Opportunity Management System updated
- Provide sales forecasting and status updates
- Coordinate proposal activities
- Other duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree required, with Engineering or Construction background preferred
- 3+ years experience in Sales environment
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills
- Relationship building skills
- Knowledge of sales/marketing strategy design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products especially PowerPoint
