- Operate a variety of highly sophisticated packing machines and adhere to strict production schedules
- Work as part of a team to load and unload materials
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines, and help maintain a safe, orderly work environment
- Meet the performance standards for production and quality assurance
- Report safety hazards, quality concerns, and production issues
- Move materials around facility using pallets and crates
- Stack loads in correct storage place
- Complete forms and handle documentation
- Inspect machinery to determine need for repairs, and ensure safety by performing regular maintenance
- Maintain accurate production records and reports of issues
- Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Transport raw materials to production place
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Certification to operate crane and telehandler forklifts (ex: OSHA in the US)
- Proven Experience working with heavy machinery
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and perform heavy lifting consistently
- Excellent physical condition and coordination
- Language fluency (speaking, reading, writing) for location of employment
- Ability to understand codes and fill out forms correctly
- Cleared criminal history (background) check and satisfactory reference checks.
