- Five (5) month schedule to coordinate and complete all tasks to meet summer high water demand

- New stainless steel vents, handrails, access ladders
- New fire hydrant
- New cathodic protection system

- Exterior coating replacement - SSPC-SP6, zinc/epoxy/polysiloxane
- Interior coating replacement - SSPC-SP10, 100% solids polyurethane at 30 mils
- Roof support structure repairs
- Overflow pipe modifications
- Valve replacements and other miscellaneous mechanical upgradesv
- Concrete valve vault modifications
- Electrical upgrades
