The project consisted of blasting and painting the interior and exterior, which included a new cathodic protection system, a new detention basin which is the concrete structure you see in the picture, and new yard piping to tie in the new tank.

Blastco Completes Elevated Tank for the City of Frisco
Blastco completed this elevated tank for the City of Frisco. The project consisted of the removal and replacement of the existing coating. The interior application was coated with a 100% solids elastomeric polyurethane and the exterior was coated with a zinc/urethane/fluorpolymer system.
