Blastech expands to include a railcar coatings and linings facility
Blastech, a TF Warren company, completed a major expansion in 2015 to meet the soaring demands for interior coatings and linings of steel tank cars. Rail Tank Car Services include, Interior Lining, Rubber Linings, Lining Certification and Change of Service.
New Plate Processing Facility
The TF Warren Group has listened to the industry and is pleased to announce the opening of a new service for all users of steel plates at their Mobile facility.
In addition to the industry leading blast and prime service currently offered by Blastech Mobile located at the site, the new service can now further process steel plates to offer the cost savings associated with transportation and logistics.
Brant awarded six large HCL storage tanks
Brant recently received a substantial purchase order from a local steel maker for the refurbishment of (6) large HCL storage tanks.
The project includes brick & rubber removal, weld repairs, application of corrosion resistant rubber lining to the interiors and applying a multi-coat, high-end paint system to the exteriors.
The project totals almost 40,000 sq. ft. of surface area and is to be completed over the next 12 months at the Brantford facility.
