The Premium Plate project located in Kershaw, SC at the Halie Goldmine. Premium Plate supplied the material, it was blasted and primed through Blastech for the coating and white macropoxy was applied. We then processed the material at Total Plate. The processing included burning to size, beveling and rolling.

Brant Corrosion Control is working on coating stainless steel, fresh resin tanks with carbon steel legs and supports. They are part of another in-house job for multiple spherical tanks destined for Duke Energy’s new combined-cycle natural gas plant in Citrus County, Florida. Our scope of work is to blast the exterior and coat only the carbon steel legs and supports, using a zinc-rich epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat.
