Brant Industrial Roll specializes in innovative rubber and polyurethane formulations to service the pulp and paper, packaging, steel and aluminum processing industries.  Offering a variety of capabilities including crowning, balancing, NDT testing, grooving and new core fabrication.  

Total Plate Processing is a custom built facility that can plasma cut, bevel, and roll steel plate including cutting up to 2” thick and rolling up to 1-1/2” thick.  Equipped with state-of-the-art High-Definition Plasma compound beveling heads, an 88’ dry downdraft table, and a sophisticated 4-roll plate rolling system with tilting in-feed and out-feed tables to ensure repeatable, accurate, and low cost part production. 

Premium Plate offers abrasive blasting to remove mill scale for the purpose of surface inspection, laser cutting, welding or coating.  The fully automated blast process is carried out to SSPC SP 10/NACE 2 Near White Metal Specification to produce a clean and dense profile of 1.5 – 3.0 mils.  A variety of shop coatings and linings can then be applied including inorganic, organic and epoxy compounds.
