Blastech Mobile, a full service provider of steel plate coatings, has the capability to apply high build coatings to the top side of each plate.  Our process includes masking a 3” area around each plate of blasted bare steel to facilitate squaring, beveling and welding, as well as ensuring that the coatings are fully cured before shipping. 

Blastco completed this jet fuel tank for a project at the Gulfport/Biloxi Airport in Mississippi.  The job required the removal of the existing coatings and application of a new zinc/epoxy/urethane coating system on the exterior and the Installation of new tank decals.
