Tarsco Bolted Tank was contracted to engineer, manufacture, and erect a fire protection tank having 409,815 gallons of storage capacity located in a remote area of the New Mexico Mountains at an elevation above 7,500 feet. The only access to the tank project site was by a challenging single lane gravel road only wide enough for small vehicles. The customer was also challenged with a recently updated and accelerated schedule from the owner.  In spite of two big challenges, working at altitude in mountainous terrain and daily summer lightning storms, Tarsco Bolted Tank personnel completed the project on-time and within budget.
