Job Summary: 

Powder coating manager oversees painting and powder coating operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule work, staffing, and budgeting jobs
• Directing process development, quality assurance, and cost control measures.
• Assess employee performance
• Plan and coordinate routine maintenance of equipment
• Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects
• Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently, and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance
• Knowledge of the mechanics and repair of painting equipment, proper cleaning, and maintenance of equipment
• Responsible for managing current external customers and acquiring potential customers to fill the powder coating line time
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

• 5+ Supervising in a manufacturing facility
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Problem Solving/ Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Suit 

• At least 3 years Powder Coating Management Experience highly desired
