Ontario Wind Energy Project – 10 Ton Wind Hubs

Scope of Work:

• Project management of Ontario wind hub contract
• Precise masking to protect vital irreparable parts of wind hub unit
• Blast to SSPC-SP10 (Near White) specification
• Metalizing/thermal spray coating followed by 4.0-6.0 mils dft of epoxy & 3.0-6.0 mils dft of polyurethane
• Air-tight packaging for transportation
• High volume processing requirements; over 500 hubs coated at a rate of 15 hubs per week
• Strict quality procedures and documentation
