Scope of Work:
- Project management of Ontario wind hub contract
- Precise masking to protect vital irreparable parts of wind hub unit
- Blast to SSPC-SP10 (Near White) specification
- Metalizing/thermal spray coating followed by 4.0-6.0 mils dft of epoxy & 3.0-6.0 mils dft of polyurethane
- Air-tight packaging for transportation
- High volume processing requirements; over 500 hubs coated at a rate of 15 hubs per week
- Strict quality procedures and documentation
