The operation at Total Plate in Axis, Alabama is expanding!  We are doubling our floor space, adding new equipment, and new processes, including a 500 ton press.  The 24,000 square foot expansion will provide additional flexibility and capability to continue to meet our customer’s needs for a high quality, on time plate product.  No job is too big or small for our facility.  To learn more about Total Plate, our high definition plasma cutting, beveling and rolling and now MORE company click here. 

Total Plate Processing welcomes Jamie Johnson, our new Sales Assistant based in Mobile, AL.  Jamie will be providing support to the inside sales team on customer related projects.  Total Plate Processing’s facility specializes in burned, beveled, and rolled plate primarily to service the ground storage tank industry. 

We would like to recognize Tarsco, Tarsco Colombia and Tarsco S.A. for receiving the Award of Excellence from the Steel Tank Institute (STI) for zero recordable injuries in 2018. Tarsco also achieved the Safety Diamond Club Award for five consecutive years with zero recordable injuries (2014-2018).  Congratulations to all Tarsco employees on this amazing accomplishment!

Tarsco Bolted Tank completed three wastewater storage tanks at a bio energy facility in McCarran, NV.  The storage solutions designed by Tarsco Bolted Tank accommodate the specific requirements of wastewater treatment systems and are suitable for every stage including flocculation, mixing and sedimentation.

Tarsco Bolted Tank, along with Globaltherm, completed three tanks for various hot and cold water applications at a new poultry manufacturing plant in Gentry, Arkansas.  The project consisted of one 320,623 gallon insulated carbon steel tank for chilled water and one 12,405 gallon insulated carbon steel tank for hot water as well as a 1,061,449 gallon stainless steel wastewater tank. Being able to offer a comprehensive solution for each customer’s specific requirements is one of the advantages of the TF Warren Group of companies. 

Terry Warren and Paul Showan of TF Warren Group and Carlos Gutierrez, Mario Gutierrez, James Combs, Chris Williams and Brian Iskra of TARSCO, a TF Warren Company participated in the Buckeye Partners, L.P. sponsored Sky High for Kids Banquet and Golf Outing. Since 2007, Sky High has supported leading hospitals and research centers to help close the gap in childhood cancer rates. To date, the organization has donated over $10 million to benefit pediatric cancer patients and research. Joe Sauger of Buckeye was very thankful to all the participating companies of this event as this charity is truly making a difference and saving lives.
