Tarsco Bolted Tank has added some new equipment to their facility in Goodman, MO. This includes an Eagle iNspire Laser Cutting Machine, Akyapak ADM 1200 CNC beam line, and a Akyapak APK 280 Hydraulic bending machine.

The Eagle Laser Cutting Machine runs on 20 KW power with 6G speed and has cutting speed up to 350m/min with material changes in 8 second intervals and is fully automated. This new piece of equipment is constructed from top quality components with the industry’s most reliable eVa cutting head which significantly reduces the risk of down time. This aligns with Tarsco Bolted Tank’s mission to be the safest, most cost effective and customer-focused supplier in the industry, the number-one choice for bolted tank storage.

The Akyapak 3 ADM 1200 CNC Beam Line can perform complex operations in an efficient process with the multitasking capability of cutting, drilling, marking, milling, tapping, and countersinking. It features 22Kw spindle motors, 500 mm sub-axis and three drill spindles each with a 6-station automatic tool changer. It also automatically feeds the material with accurate material measurement with full automated material transfer from start to finish.

The Akyapak APK 280 Hydraulic bending machine features 3 roll driven bending capabilities which help with eliminating slippage during the bending process and both bottom rolls are hydraulically driven and move independently with each other. The APK 280 in comparison with the machines which are top roll drive features enhanced ability to give the opportunity to make pre-bending process on both edges. Side supporters can move in three directions to reduce the deformations and to facilitate bending processes, especially with angles and spirals.
