Blastech Rail Services, a TF Warren company, is rapidly making a positive impression in the industry of rail car repairs, industrial coatings and rubber linings. With over 20 acres on a lot serviced by CN Rail, Blastech Rail is strategically located in southern Ontario to provide an efficient and economical solution to industry demands for maintenance of new and rehabilitated tank cars. TF Warren Group is a recognized approved applicator of all major rubber lining and liquid coating manufacturers in North America.

To service this industry's needs, we are recruiting individuals interested in learning the skilled trade of Rubber Lining. As a Rubber Liner, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and high quality rubber lining of tank cards and similar products. Ensuring the facility is safe, efficient and well maintained is our highest priority, so having the right safety attitude and behaviours are a must.

Some of our customers are remotely based, so overtime and weekend work, including international travel to remote locations for extended periods of time, is required.

To be successful for this role, you will possess:

• Prior experience as a rubber liner and knowledge of rubber products is an advantage
• Valid passport and current driver's license
• Positive "can do" attitude, working both in a team and autonomously
• Attention to detail and willingness to take initiative
• Proactive approach towards health and safety
• Comfort working at heights and in confined spaces is essential
• Excellent attendance record
