Graduate Training Program


The Graduate Training Program is for individuals that have recently completed their bachelors or masters degree. This position requires that graduates have; a degree that is relevant to the Company, previous internship or work experience, a high energy level, a sense of urgency, strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, good business/technical judgment, and the ability to handle multiple priorities for a variety of tasks.

Coaching, Mentoring and Career Development: while participating in the program, graduates will be allocated a technical sponsor, who will coach and guide them on a path to a potential leadership position. Meetings will be held on a regular basis to undertake assessments on current performance and progress, review skill gaps, plan upcoming rotations, confirm and arrange future development opportunities and discuss long term individual career development planning.

When the graduate commences work in a new department, they will be assigned a mentor, who will, in collaboration with the graduate’s technical sponsor, assign projects, monitor progress, and discuss opportunities for development.

Graduates will be assessed on the following criteria on an ongoing basis. Formal assessment will be completed during and at the end of each training rotation. Goals, objectives, feedback and assessment of performance are to be completed and discussed with the graduate.

Rotations: will be designed to provide a broad exposure to tasks and people, providing meaningful on the job experiences and networking opportunities. Rotation assignments will vary for each individual and will be mutually decided upon between management, the graduates technical sponsor and the employee. Work assignments will be wide ranging, will typically last for 6-12 months, and may be located domestically or in a foreign location.
